You weren’t born afraid.
You were taught to be.
Conditioned. Controlled. Coerced.
From the moment you opened your eyes, the world started shaping you — not to be free, but to fit in.
To obey.
To comply.
To keep quiet.
To stay in your lane.
Let’s break this down and get honest about it.
Conditioning Starts Before You Can Even Speak
Before you could talk, you were already learning the rules.
Your parents — bless them — passed on what they were taught.
Not because they’re evil, but because they didn’t know any better.
“Don’t do that.”
“You can’t say that.”
“Be good.”
“Do what you’re told.”
“Fit in.”
“People like us don’t do things like that.”
It was never about truth. It was about control.
They were scared. So they taught you fear too.
Fear of being wrong.
Fear of being judged.
Fear of standing out.
Fear of failing.
So you learned to live safe.

How Our Beliefs, Behaviours, and Choices Are Shaped Without Us Knowing
From the moment we are born, our beliefs, behaviours, and choices are shaped by forces we rarely question.
Governments dictate the rules of our existence, social media influences our desires and fears, family instils core values, and peer groups reinforce what is acceptable or unacceptable.
We think we are making choices, but in reality, most of our decisions are a collection of subconscious habits and conditioned responses.
Are we truly free-thinking individuals, or are we products of deep-rooted conditioning?
This course explores the invisible chains that bind us, revealing how external influences shape our thoughts, habits, and perceptions. Most importantly, it provides actionable steps to break free, take control of our minds, and make choices that are genuinely our own.
Sit still.
Put your hand up.
Speak only when spoken to.
Memorise this.
Repeat that.
Pass the test.
You weren’t taught how to think.
You were taught what to think.
Fall in line. Get the grade. Don’t question.
Creativity? Squashed.
Individuality? Punished.
Curiosity? Distracted.
And if you didn’t play along, you were labelled:
Difficult. Disruptive. Problem child.
But really? You were just awake.
Your peer group finishes the job.
If you say something different, you’re weird.
If you dress different, you’re mocked.
If you dream bigger, you’re “full of yourself”.
So you shrink.
You scroll social media and everyone seems happier, richer, better looking, more successful.
So you compare.
And you doubt.
And you start telling yourself you can’t.
Then the news kicks in — pouring fear into your mind every single day.
Crisis. War. Death. Division.
A world of chaos.
And guess what? You’re told the only way to survive is to trust the system.
Don’t rock the boat.
Do as you’re told.
Let us protect you.
It’s not protection. It’s coercion.
It’s all about fear, mate.
Because fear makes you easy to manage.
Scared people don’t question.
They comply.
It’s how the minority control the majority.
They don’t need chains anymore.
They just need your mind.
Once they control your beliefs, they control your actions.
Beliefs → Thoughts → Emotions → Actions → Results
Here’s how it works:
Belief – You’re told something over and over until you accept it as true.
Thought – That belief generates automatic thoughts.
Emotion – Your thoughts trigger emotional reactions.
Action – You act based on how you feel.
Result – Your actions create outcomes.
Confirmation Bias – That outcome reinforces the original belief.
Let’s say your belief is:
“People like me can’t be successful.”
You’ll have thoughts like:
“Why bother applying for that job? I’m not good enough.”
Which makes you feel defeated before you even start.
So you don’t take action.
Or you half-arse it.
The result? You fail — or never try at all.
And what do you tell yourself?
“See? I knew it. I can’t.”
Round and round you go.
Stuck in a loop you didn’t choose.
The word can’t is one of the most powerful control tools in history.
They say it like a fact:
“You can’t do that.”
“You can’t make money doing that.”
“You can’t be free. You’ve got responsibilities.”
But most of the time, it’s not “can’t” — it’s won’t.
Won’t question.
Won’t risk.
Won’t go against the herd.
Because of fear.
Because of conditioning.
Because you’ve been trained to stay small.
Here’s the raw truth:
You can change it.
But it starts with owning your choices.
You can’t control where you were born, what school you went to, or what your parents told you.
But you can control how you respond to it now.
Every belief can be questioned.
Every thought can be changed.
Every emotion can be processed.
Every action can be realigned.
It’s hard, yeah. But it’s possible.
And here’s the kicker:
Every choice has a consequence.
Good or bad.
So choose wisely.
Not out of fear.
But from clarity.
From truth.
From power.
Start questioning everything – Who gave you that belief? Do you still want it?
Notice your language – Every time you say “I can’t”, stop and ask: “Is that true?”
Challenge your emotions – Are they yours? Or inherited?
Act in spite of fear – Fear is normal. But it’s not the driver. You are.
Surround yourself with thinkers – Not followers. Find people who challenge the script.
Final Thought: You Were Never Broken
They convinced you that you were too small, too stupid, too poor, too late.
But they lied.
You were never broken.
Just conditioned.
And the moment you see the script, you can rewrite it.
No more control.
No more coercion.
No more “can’t”.
Take it back.

Hair Stylist
I did this C Word course because I really wanted to explore my mindset around business and in general the way I think about things.
The main benefits of this course is recognising my thought process and current beliefs systems and how to question those beliefs.
I am now so much more aware of my language and habit patterns and how they affect my results in life and business.

I did this C Word course today because Ash always gives great content. As always it's scrambled my brain because it's a different way of thinking. A great take away for me is about taking action of what I've learned. Ash would say "If your not taking conscious action you will be taking sub-conscious action. So whatever there will be a result.
There are so many great things on this course that I can use in my business and every day life.
